These terms apply to purchases from EAStorely at eastorely.com. Contact: eastorely@gmail.com.

What you are buying

Each purchase supplies the product, version and file format stated on its product page and order confirmation. EA and indicator EX5 editions do not include source code. Separately labelled Source Code editions include only the editable MQ5/MQH files expressly listed on their product pages. Normal-catalog editions and Launch Offers provide immediate digital download after successful payment. Products are digital downloads; no physical goods are supplied.

The product page identifies the software's functions, supplied version, compatibility and installation requirements. Please check these before ordering and contact us if anything is unclear. Product-specific requirements and restrictions must be disclosed before purchase.

A purchase here is a purchase from EAStorely. It does not provide an MQL5 Market purchase, entitlement to a third-party product or a third-party developer's support or updates. References to MetaTrader, MQL5 and other third-party names do not imply endorsement, affiliation or technical equivalence. Any material differences from a referenced product must be stated on the relevant product page.

Price and ordering

The price and currency applicable to your purchase are displayed before payment. The total amount, including applicable taxes and any mandatory charges, must be shown before you place the order. There are no physical shipping charges for these downloads.

You can review and correct the products and customer information before submitting your order. The checkout displays the available payment methods and requires acknowledgement of the obligation to pay. Completing a successful paid checkout concludes the purchase, and we send confirmation of the order. If payment is unsuccessful, download access is not released on the basis of that unsuccessful payment.

We send a contract confirmation on a durable medium containing the purchase details and applicable terms. Keep it for your records. The English version is offered for international customers; any other version required by applicable law must also be made available.

Delivery and withdrawal

Download access is provided after successful payment in accordance with the Digital Delivery Policy and the supply timing agreed at checkout. Immediate supply during the consumer withdrawal period requires the separate express consent and acknowledgement described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

For qualifying consumers, the statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 calendar days from contract conclusion. The paid digital-content exception applies only once supply has begun and every legal condition has been met. Legal rights concerning non-delivery and lack of conformity remain available.

Software licence

Your purchase includes a non-exclusive licence to install and run the delivered EX5 for your own trading activities, subject to any product-specific limits clearly disclosed and agreed before purchase. For an expressly labelled Source Code edition, the licence also permits studying, editing and compiling the delivered source for your own use. Redistribution rights, custom development and future source-code versions are not included unless expressly offered on the product page. The purchase does not transfer ownership of intellectual property or provide a licence to any separate third-party software.

Any account, device, activation, duration or transfer restrictions must be clearly stated before purchase to form part of the agreed licence. No additional activation or subscription payment is included unless expressly disclosed and agreed before purchase.

Nothing in the licence restricts uses or rights that applicable law does not permit the seller to restrict. No additional restriction may be imposed retrospectively on a completed purchase.

Updates, assistance and conformity

The supplied version and any expressly included additional services are those described when you buy. The purchase does not include an unspecified promise of every future version or perpetual personalised assistance. This does not limit updates, security updates, assistance or remedies required to maintain statutory conformity.

For Spanish consumer purchases involving a single supply or individual supplies, statutory liability generally covers a lack of conformity existing at supply and becoming apparent within two years, without reducing mandatory update obligations or any more protective applicable rights. Trading risk

Software is a tool and cannot guarantee profit, protect all trading capital or ensure a particular result. Trading can cause substantial losses. Backtests, examples and past results do not guarantee future performance. Read the Risk Disclosure before using the software with real funds.

The software purchase does not provide personalised investment advice, brokerage or account management. You choose whether and how to trade. These statements do not exclude seller responsibility for breaches of the contract or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Complaints and applicable law

Contact eastorely@gmail.com for complaints. We provide written acknowledgement with a reference and respond as soon as possible, within the applicable legal deadline of no more than 15 days under Spanish consumer law. Where a complaint remains unresolved, we provide the information about a competent alternative dispute-resolution body and our participation that applicable law requires.

The law and jurisdiction applicable to your purchase are determined by the relevant legal rules. Consumers retain the protection and access to courts provided by mandatory law. Nothing in these terms imposes a foreign exclusive court on a consumer or removes protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

The terms provided for your order govern that order. Later changes apply to later purchases unless a change is otherwise lawfully agreed.

Version purchases and future upgrades

Purchases cover the advertised version and format. Only qualifying normal-catalog purchases generate eligibility for optional newer versions of the same product and format: 80% off EX5 or 50% off Source Code, calculated on that new edition’s normal catalog price. Use the original purchase email. The discount is restricted to the eligible customer and product, one use per customer per new edition, and cannot be combined with another discount. It does not apply to another EA, another format, the same edition again or Launch Offers. Launch Offers are separate, ready-to-download, version-only products sold during the fixed window stated on each offer; they do not generate future-upgrade discount eligibility. There is no conversion of an offer purchase into a normal-catalog purchase. Previously purchased downloads remain associated with their original editions.
